through tropical rainshowers and thunderstorms

finally, my string of depression days has lifted and i was able to continue on with this thing called life. braved yesterday's tropical depression to start on my pending entrep survey with my socks soaked and a grip of forms tightly clutched. sigh. i swear, i never had to give myself a whole lot of convincing until yesterday (i was ready to answer those forms myself just to get it over with!) but some higher being decided to give me a push into the pounding rain from ateneo to makati. so there i was... consciously (almost apologetically)intruding conversations between waiting mothers in the ateneo gradeschool cafeteria to give them my survey forms. they, with good hearts, took pity on me and gladly answered with pens in hand. then i had to go all the way to makati to have them answered by the common working class. bugged my cousins in the advertising field to have their co-workers fill out.haven't finished all my forms but i think i'm halfway through (woohoo). i've been so intent on finishing up my eternally pending chores i didn't realize i just finished my last issue of cuisina ready to print by this week. heard it right, after four issues of back breaking work (editing, foodstyling, photography, writing, layouting) i'm throwing in the towel as editor-in-chief of the school magazine and moving on to accomplish more important life-altering projects. i'm so happy with the cover i'm posting it here before the rest of the world gets to criticize it hehehe :)

p.s.
my eternal christmas tree is literally dying (or dead already?!) on me. and there i thought christmas can be all year round...
